HOW IT WORKS
Simply, after an initial consultation, you choose a block(s) of hours and we set the appointments. One block of time is equivalent to two (2) hours per day, five (5) days per week or ten (10) hours per week. You can choose to buy one block or 10 or 20 - it just depends on how many appointments and sales you want.
The appointment setter(s) are assigned directly to your individual sales person to work effectively as a team, and so their results can be tracked. Your reps no longer spend time prospecting, but now concentrate on what they do best: closing lots of new deals.

We begin with careful planning with you. You tell us about your unique selling proposition and what your best customers are saying. We also want to know what the common objections are from those who don’t buy from you.
After a thorough examination of your service and product offerings we develop a script to be used by our appointment setters. It isn’t a mundane script that is read from in monotone fashion, but rather a series of talking points for our professionals to use when presenting you to new prospects.
When the script is complete, the real work of dialing the phone begins. Our appointment setters have dial quotas and their average number of dials is three times that of most sales organizations. Our goal is to secure highly qualified appointments for your sales reps quickly and efficiently.
As we are calling on your behalf, notes will be taken, leads uncovered and appointments set. You will receive that information in real time via email.
